Problems Creating a Profile

If you have any problems creating a profile when you first start using PBS select the "Create New Profile" button that is located on the bottom left of the software window.

Unable to locate your .xml File Location

If you have are unsure of the location or unable to locate your blog's .xml file then check off the "Enable Auto Detect" feature and click Continue.

Percentage remaining at zero

If your percentage remains at zero percent, you may have a firewall or internet connection problem. If it continues past 10% and freezes, then you may have a more advanced problem and should contact us for technical support.
